Run #2

Well, run number 2 happened tonight. After 4 days of realizing I over did it a little with intervals my first time out I decided to keep a nice even pace for 3 miles this time around. I'm adding a body weight workout to my routine as well as a little bicycling. That should keep things interesting for at least the next 8 weeks!
